Forums

When the user selects the Forums option from the Student Menu they will access the following grid which lists the Forum threads (shown below).

Thread

A threaded discussion is an electronic discussion in which the MeduRx system aids the user by visually grouping messages. Messages are usually grouped visually in a hierarchy by topic. A set of messages grouped in this way is called a topic thread or simply "thread". The messages associated with a thread can be viewed by clicking on the thread which takes the user to the Thread detail screen (shown below).

To add additional messages to the thread the user may use the “New Reply” button which will allow message creation in the window displayed below.

Once a message is created it may be edited by the creator or the administrator by clicking the pencil graphic next to the message on the Thread grid window.
